He has received Rajyothsava Award in 2008. He promoted a network of NGO's in Kolar Dist namely Collective Action Network in 2012. Currently working as an adviser for Karnataka State NGO's Federation. He serving as Executive Director at GRAMA VIKAS.

President of Nisarga Foundation. Dr. M. Indira, Rt. Professor of Economics, University of Mysore carries with her more than 30 years of research and teaching experience. She was the former director of Center for Women’ Studies, University of Mysore. She was a visiting fellow at the International Institute of Social Studies at The Hague during 2014. She received Best Teacher in Economics Award from Stars of Industry Group (USA) and Dainik Bhaskar Group, India) in 2013. Professor Indira is actively engaged with the NGO sector in Karnataka. She has completed several projects and some of them are “Gainers and Losers in Transition: A study of coffee marketing” supported by UGC, “Compartmentalizes between GO and NGO interventions in the empowerment of Women: A comparative study of Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh” supported by ICSSR.

Trustee of Nisarga Foundation. She belongs to Jenukuruba community and she served as President of Adivasi Women Association which covered 120 Hadis from 1984 to 2000 in H D Kote Taluk. During her service, she actively participated in the field of Adivasi Land Protest, salvation remission, forest rights, education, and women empowerment. She was recognized as Taluk, District, State, and National level Social Activist. She also served as Member of Taluk Panchayath in H D Kote from 2000 to 2005. She received the prestigious Swami Vivekananda Seva Award in 2006.

Vice-President of Nisarga Foundation. He is an advocate since 2001. He was a member of Magistrate of Juvenile Justice Board, Mysuru between 2010-2014 and also a honorary member of District Child Welfare committee, Mysuru (2007-2010). State Coordinator, Citizen's Global Platform Karnataka unit (2013), Deputy Director- SCR, Bhoruka Power Corporation Ltd, Bangalore (2012).

Kishore has worked in Securities dealing, fund management, client and wealth management, and connected legal and compliance issues for 40 years. Currently working as a Consultant with IIFL Wealth Management Ltd, Bangalore.

Mr. Prabhu N, Secretary of Nisarga Foundation, who has been entrusted with the responsibility of Director of the organization, is a dedicated person to the tribal issues. He has been working with the indigenous communities in the Taluk for the past 10 years. His involvement with the communities has, over a period of time, helped him attain immense knowledge about tribes and their culture. He is a young, dynamic person who is an expert in financial aspects, strategic planning, and Child related issues (Child labour, child marriage, JJ Act).

Prabhu N is an Executive Director at Nisarga Foundation, H D Kote. He completed his Diploma in Computer Science at Mysuru. He has a good experience in accountancy and administration. He has been working with Nisarga Foundation for 10 years. He is a child rights specialist at Nisarga Foundation. He currently resides in H D Kote and passionately motivates the people and gives awareness about child-related issues.

Divya M R is program coordinator of Adivasi Susthira Abhivruddhi yojana and operational Manager at Nisarga Foundation, H D Kote. She received her B.E. in Computer Science and M. Tech in Networking and Internet Engineering from SJCE, Mysuru. She worked as Software Engineer with Intel India, Bangalore for 3 years. She is passionate about tribal developmental activities.
